Frequently Asked Questions

Are tour updates included in the price?

The cost covers one production. Any updates to the tour are considered new productions.

Are you insured?

Yes, we carry general errors and omissions insurance.

Are your services refundable?

Our services are not refundable. We will determine what the problem is and if we have made a mistake, we will correct the problem.

Can I get regular still photos when you come out to shoot the tour?

We can shoot stills of your business and your staff, but these are not included in the price of creating the tour. We can discuss these as a separate service that we can provide at the time of the virtual tour shoot.

Can I host the tour on my server?

While the tour is hosted on Google's server, you can use iFrame to embed it into any website that is hosted on any server. This gives you many options and wide set of opportunities to use it in various marketing strategies.

Can I make changes to the tour by myself

Unfortunately, you can't make any changes to the tour; however, you can add additional still pictures to your Business page.

Can I preview the tour before it is published?

Yes, you can ask to preview the tour before we publish it.

Can the tour be placed on my website regardless where I am hosting?

Yes. The tour works on all mobile devices.

How can I use the tour?

There are a number of ways to use the tour. You can embed it in your website, use it with third-party services to ad interactive features such as menus, and hot spots for video and other pop-ups. You can include a link to the tour in your emails, add it to your social media and more.

How disruptive will it be to my workflow

Our shoots are not disruptive. You will see only one photographer with a tripod and camera. That's it. Once the place is ready, we try to schedule our shoots when there are no people around so we can complete it quickly. In most office environments, we are done within 30-60 minutes.

How long does it take to shoot a tour?

Our smallest shoots took only 15 minutes while the biggest took 4 hours to shoot. The time depends on a number of variables such as how many panos we have to shoot, if the place is ready or needs to be prepared for the shoot, if there are people around that need to be shoot around or asked to leave, how well the place is lit, how big the location is and so on.

How quickly will the tour appear on Google?

Once we publish the tour, it typically shows up on the search pages within the first hour. However, to fully spread over the Internet and become steady, it may take up to 72 hours.

Is it possible to make changes to the tour?

While we can make some modifications to the blurring, changing the orientation and starting positions, even removing some panos, we cannot add new panon to the tour without going through the entire postproduction.

Our business is not in your vicinity. How far do you travel?

We will travel to any city but we may have to charge for the travel time and expenses. Sometimes we can schedule multiple shoots and cover the costs ourselves.

What if I don't like what I see?

This is hard to answer this question because we have not been in this situation. But if you didn't like it, we would find out what the problem were and tried to fix it.

When and how do you get paid?

We collect payments upon completion of photography. At this time we accept check payments only. We send you a paid receipt via email after we receive the payment.

Who makes the final determination how many panos will be shot?

We agree on what to cover, how to cover it and the budget. We give you the approximate number of panos that we will shoot. The final count may differ slightly. You usually end up getting more than you hoped for.
